Carrie’s portfolio includes experience in seismic evaluation, seismic design, and in the development of safety measures for the design of earthquake-resilient structures. She most often works for healthcare and educational institutions on complex seismic upgrade projects. Carrie stays abreast of all SB 1953 to aid her clients in all compliance issues.
