Jay is our in-house expert on the design and retrofit of health care facilities. He has managed a multi-disciplined team of experts that assisted more than 40 Catholic Healthcare West medical facilities with Senate Bill 1953 compliance. Additionally, he performed a system-wide risk analysis on all Kaiser campuses. Jay is able to balance technical innovation and proven practice to deliver solutions that control costs, protect building occupants, and meet client objectives.
Little Known Fact:
I spent time as a child in Turkey and am a theater fan. I participated in EERI’s reconnaissance to Turkey in 1999.
