Technical Conference Trivia: Great Answers
Thank you all for coming out and participating in our annual technical conference. I wanted to offer a special thank you to everyone who participated in this years team building exercise. We had some great teams, some great mottos, some great team spirit, and some great overall Degenkolb bonding.
I wanted to follow up the team building exercise with a few choice answers for the trivia questions we had to wrap up the team building exercise. Enjoy.
- Question: Blood, the very first admixture, was used to prevent what? (Answer: frost)
- Team BAJABANC response: “Striking Workers” (Great answer that probably has some thing to do with this particular discovery)
- Question: What is the world’s strongest material? (Answer: carbon nanotubes)
- Team Golden Gators response: “Spider web” ( I am sure your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man would definitely agree)
- Question: Who was the very first engineer known by name? (Answer: Imhotep)
- Team The Most Creative Team. Ever. response: “Vitruvius” (A very valiant effort here, he was definitely one of the founders of modern building architecture and engineering in the early Roman empire)
- Team ARRRG response: “GOD” (Great answer, definitely get partial credit on this one
These are all very creative, well thought out answers. Congratulations again to the wining team.
