Degenkolb will be sending a team of engineers to Chile as part of the company's tradition of earthquake reconnaissance. Roger Parra will be leading the team. Anuj Bansal, David Gonzalez, and James Liu will be joining Roger as they investigate the impacts of the seventh largest recorded earthquake in the world. Please join me in congratulating Bob Pekelnicky. This is the third year in a row that a Degenkolb Engineer has made it on the list. Bob was chosen from all across the country and represents the AEC industry's next generation of leadership.
The totals are in. Employees donated a total of $10,820 to provide immediate relief for earthquake victims in Haiti. The company agreed to match employee donations. As a result the American Red Cross will receive $10,930 and Medshare will receive $10,710 for a grand total of $21,640.
